Drop-in Guided Meditation @ Cross Cultural Center

Join us every Monday from 4-5pm in the Cross-Cultural Center Wellness Room for 30 minutes of guided meditation followed by 30 minutes of quiet time for meditation or journaling on your own. Guided meditation will be led by Certified Yoga Instructor and CSWHP staff member, Natalie D’Azzo. No RSVP needed.

Intro to Mindfulness & Meditation Series @ CSWHP Conference Room

Interested in learning more about meditation and mindfulness and experiencing the benefits? During each workshop of this 4 week series we will practice meditation and explore different mindfulness techniques that you can use in your everyday life. The series takes place on Thursdays during weeks 3-6, starting on Thursday, 1/25 in the CSWHP Conference Room.  Please email Natalie, ndazzo@uci.edu, to request to be added to the workshop series as space is limited.
