Interested in learning more about meditation and mindfulness and experiencing the benefits? During each workshop of this 4 week series we will practice meditation and explore different mindfulness techniques that you can use in your everyday life. The series takes place on Thursdays during weeks 3-6, starting on Thursday, 1/25 in the CSWHP Conference Room.  Please email Natalie, ndazzo@uci.edu, to request to be added to the workshop series as space is limited.
