Pursuing wellness is a proactive, rather than reactionary, approach to creating a healthy life. It is a continual process of learning, growing, and reflecting in order to be happy, healthy and fulfilled.

Practicing wellness helps us to feel good now while promoting long-term and short-team health.

Wellness Consultations

Wellness consultations consist of a 45 – 60 minute one-on-one confidential appointment to provide education and resources to help you meet your wellness goals.  Please email ndazzo@uci.edu with any questions or to schedule a consultation.
