Join us for the Mental Health Resource Fair on Feb. 26! This resource fair connects undergraduate and graduate students with on and off campus mental health and wellness resources. Learn about the tools and services available to support emotional wellness, meet various community partner representatives specializing in mental healthcare and prevention, and enjoy activities like therapy dogs, mindfulness sessions, art therapy, and prize drawings.
Join us from 11:30am-2:30pm at the Student Center in the Pacific Ballrooms. Door prizes available while supplies last, so come early!

Mindful Mondays has a new home at the Veteran Services Center! Open to all UCI students.
Join us every Monday for a journey into mindfulness! Each week, we’ll explore different practices such as meditation, mindful movement, and loving-kindness meditation. No prior experience needed — beginners are warmly welcomed! As a special gift, participants will receive an essential oil roller to carry their mindful practice with them.
Learn how to recognize and counter the bystander effect, where individuals are less likely to offer help when others are around. This workshop will explore intervention theories and strategies, empowering you to confidently step up and support those in need when they are in harm’s way.
FREE T-shirt for participants!
