Practicing mindfulness even for a few minutes a day is a great way to manage stress and find peace in our busy lives. Join this 4 session series that introduces different kinds of mindfulness techniques and consists of guided practice and reflective journaling. Come with curiosity and openness to learn, and leave with a powerful life skill. This course is facilitated by Natalie D’Azzo, CSWHP staff member and certified yoga/meditation teacher of 9 years.
